When booking you will be supplied a copy of our Terms, which you must agree to in order to hire from us, these terms are of an industry standard, and as such protect both you and us.

Do you deliver?
Yes, for safety, we will deliver, install and collect our equipment, this is to ensure that it is installed correctly and safely.( CONTACTLESS DELIVERY /SET UP / SOCIAL DISTANCE WHERE POSSIBLE )
Will you set up on hard ground?
Unfortunately No, we will only install our equipment on grass, this is to ensure that the equipment is secure and will not move excessively, some hirers will but we feel, that in line with Health & Safety it is not in either of our best interests, we never want to put any child at risk of injury.
Do I need the generator?
You will only need to hire our generator if, the location of our equipment will not have access to a mains (3 pin plug) power supply, or your venue will not allow access to their mains supply. Situations such as a fete or a wedding.
What about the weather?
We always have a keen interest in the weather, If it is raining and is expected to be for most of your booking day, we will cancel, we don't like to, but for safety's sake, we will never put any child in harms way, you can if you wish re-arrange your booking.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance, from one of the industries largest suppliers, Leisure insure, this provides you with the peace of mind should anything happen as a result of equipment failure or incorrect installation. it does not cover you, we would always suggest you purchase your own insurance, we can provide you with a link to do so, please contact us for more details.
How can I pay?
We do not accept cheques unless previously agreed. We require cleared funds as cash collection on the day to the driver.( CONTACTLESS PAYMENT IS NOW IN PLACE )
What time do you deliver and collect?
We aim to deliver to you between 8 am and 11 am, occasionally we may be later depending on our route, traffic conditions and any access issues from previous jobs. We start collecting from 5 pm and last collection is 8 pm, these times are built into your costs.
Can you collect later than 8 pm?
We can by pre-arrangement and item availability, collect later or overnight, there is an additional fee ...
With the overnight option you should be aware that we may arrive to collect before 8 am the morning of collection and you should be ready for us, failure to allow us timely entry may incur additional costs.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
