Now i'm sure you and your family are most of the way through the school holidays ,the kids may be getting bored and you may, like us be getting more grey hairs than when the holidays started.. :)
Well, we wanted to chat with you and explain what we do.
Well, we hire bouncy castles, yes we do, but we don't just hire bouncy castles.
We buy compliant, safe equipment.
We insure the equipment in the unlikely event of an injury.
We have our equipment inspected, and certified that it is compliant and continues to be safe to use.
We pride ourselves on our ability to maintain fantastic quality service, and are regularly called to cover where others have been let down.
We have your child's, and in some case your own safety at the centre of our business and will not put them or you at risk of injury.
From time to time we find small time and new operators starting business and in some cases put money in there pocket before the safety of the user, not fully understand the standard that is laid down by numerous laws, guidance and regulations that are in place to reduce or remove the risk of injury to anyone using any equipment that is hired.
A rule of any industry we have found is:
A Cheap castle isn't good, and good castle isn't cheap. this means that if someone is advertising their services as cheap, then it generally means, and we can assure you, they aren't doing something right, or are cutting corners, thus increasing the risk to you.
You may think that we can be expensive, but as listed above the quality, regularly inspected, maintained, equipment, along with our associated vehicle costs, insurance, accounting, taxes and our time is justified by what we charge. we are a fully registered, tax paying operator and are proud of our business and what we stand for.
